Negative stars!!!! Distrustful and will flat out lie and cover up issues with a car even if it could put you and your kids in something that is unsafe! Stay far away! They are the epitome of a used car salesman. All they need are the white shoes and pants! They don’t care about anything but making as much money off you as possible. Stay as far away from this place as you can! They lie, and treat customers like garbage when asked for clarification. Absolutely horrible people who I wouldn’t trust as far as I could throw!
Chad Engel helped me find a vehicle I loved at a great price! A few weeks after the sale I was having some engine issues. Without even having to ask they gave me a loner vehicle while they took care of the issue. Thanks again Dillon’s Auto Mall and Chad Engel for taking such great care of me before and after the sale. You have gained a customer for life!
Bought a 2009 suburban less than a week later the engine started acting up and they offered no help. And never told me or my husband it was an as is. Over $1000 fix that they refused to help at all on.
I was told they were selling me a bumper to bumper warranty but when I took it in...sorry that stuff is not covered. I do not consider that a bumper to bumper warranty. The check engine light came on and have only owned the car less than 6 months. I also get warning come on starting my gas cap is not tight so I bought a new gas cap and still get the warning. Repair guy started I have a large and small emissions leak so if you wanna pay 75 dollars I can do a smoke test to see where. So much for a warranty. I would really chec... read more
