Recommendedso this is something I felt I needed to share. I returned a reloading press that had been in storage for 12yrs. the weather had gotten to it and the steel was rusted and the aluminum was oxidized. I sent it back stripped down as they had requested. what they sent back was OMG a brand new press with ALL the goodies. I was blown away. Thank you Dillon Precision, a REALAmerican company that TRULY stands behind their product regardless of the reason.

I’ve had issues where I need parts and/or service. Parts are always in stock, retail sales people are always helpful , knowledgeable and make every purchase fun. RecommendedPhenomenal customer service, unparalleled with any other company I have dealt with in my life. Had an issue that was fixed over the phone and parts were shipped to me free of charged plus an extra just in case. Would always recommend Dillon to anyone who wants to start reloading.
Recommendedmy uncle got me into reloading an has has a 550 forever 20 years an just got a 1050 an loves them iv used his 550 an I cant wait to get one of my own
After using other brands, I find my Dillon to have too much cheap plastic and over complicated mechanisms. the 650XL will only work as a progressive, so forget about precision reloading. Customer service was mediocre, as long as you are a huge fan, if you are unhappy or you have a problem, that is another story. I deeply regret selling my previous equipment to buy a Dillon.
RecommendedAfter wanting a Dillon system for 20 years, I bought a XL650 slightly used a month ago. I’ve already loaded over 2000 9mm and just installed my first caliber exchange to load my .45ACP brass. It is so easy and make VERY consistent rounds. I love it!
