Submitted an order for the XL750 223/9mm reloading package on 07/28/2020. Within the first week most of the parts shipped, second week the rest of the parts shipped except the 223 dies. Waited a few weeks since when I purchased the kit the website did state there possibly a 4-6 week delay in shipping. I emailed Dillon for a status update on 09/23/2020 since I was still waiting for the 223 dies, no response. Emailed again on 09/29/2020 no response, emailed again on 10/02/2020 no response. I recently purchased a 750 as I set up the press I broke a essential part. The customer support team was fantastic to help get the parts sent to me. They won a lifelong customer.

Company hides any negative reviews for that bad customer service. They may be able to remove them from here but not Google or Yelp so don’t forget to check there
I find it very disappointing and disheartening that a company of this size has such terrible customer service in regards to lead times and availability. I just spoke to a representative about a press that I ordered 5 weeks ago, and when I ask about anticipated ship times the answer I got is "I don't know"!? How can a company operate this way? I purchase a xl650 from a dealer website loaded over 10,000 rounds and needed a few parts they sent me $150 in parts free no questions asked! As a disabled veteran I am proud to do business with a company like this! Thank you for such an awesome product!
i am most impressed with the priming system. they work almost flawless. i have have a 550c and just ordered a xl750 to go with it.
great machines I have nothing but good from everyone I ever talked to about them, especially the 650, but I wanted the new and improved so I went with the 750 xl but I have come to an issue my powder funnel doesn't not go in to my powder die!!!! perfect now to wait another 6-8 weeks to reload thanks for not paying attention! just thanks
