They have the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. They have had my money for a set of dies for over a year and don’t respond or just blow you off if you actually get someone on the phone. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue, someone finally contacted me last week. She promised that the dies would be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. She told me that I would receive an email shortly confirming this. Still no email no resolution after over year. The worst.

there no bs warranty is the best, my 650 is about 30 yrs old and has had a few problems but Dillon always came through for me. This last time I was a little frustrated they didn't return my call as promised so I sent a email and waited, got a response within a few weeks (I understand with covid bull going on) and walla after my explanation parts were on the way, they arrived today and I'm loading again. The products are top notch as is the customer service.
This week was the first time I have had issues with getting replacement parts that fail... own several units from SD to XL650... I have used Dillon units exclusively for years and always happy about the service... But the past request to get a small shoulder washer for them powder system for a 650 really disappointed me... Dillon shipped two separate 1st class envelopes with the replacement parts... one made it to a hub near me and was lost... the other never made out of Dillons warehouse it appears...shows not accepted by t... read more
Great products, better service. When you call, you talk to someone who KNOWS your equipment and what it takes to fix or adjust it.
Excellent craftsmanship goes into all their reloading machinery!
Gone are the days of outstanding customer service... Troubled times in the world doesn’t warrant bad customer service..... Customer service reps aren’t even on the same page about what’s delayed or why... Dillon is supplying vendors rather than supplying items to the paying customers that’s horrible
