I went to Dillehay as a kid but recently ordered a new retainer. I was moving to California but forgot to pick it up from the office in time. I messaged them on Facebook and asked if they’d be open on Saturday (I was moving on Sunday) and they said no, so I told them I’d just have someone come pick up the retainer and mail it to me. Instead, they met me at the office while they were closed so that I grab it before I left. Pretty amazing!
