Everyone was professional & helpful! I had someone out here the next day with samples for my new carpet. We were able to receive an estimate that same day. A couple questions we had were answered promptly. We are very pleased and would recommend Dillabaugh’s Flooring of America.

After an hour with Raul in your showroom last Saturday, Raúl had not only made a sale, we had already been “friends who sent friends !” His polite, professional, courteous and knowledgeable demeanor made our decision simple. Raul G******* has been helping me with my purchase of vinyl sheet flooring for my kitchen. I have been very satisfied with each step of the process and actually selected Dillabaugh's over other firms because of the excellent service aspect. Raul has been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! My flooring will be installed next week!!!!!!

We recently had a wonderful experience at Dillabaugh’s on Federal in Boise ID. We worked with Katie B****. She went out of her way to help us with some grout samples and advice on our kitchen backsplash project. She was attentive and friendly, as well as knowledgeable about the process and what we needed to get our project done. Great customer service. Thanks, Katie!

This past week, we had a new floor installed in an upstairs bath. This was the 2nd installation in the past year for which we have had the help of Teresa M*******. For both installations, we have found Teresa to be knowledgeable not only about product and availability, but also very familiar with concerns and issues faced by the installation crew. We hired Dillabaugh's to install wool carpeting in a downstairs basement bedroom and bedroom closet. I really dislike writing a poor, but feel I have no choice at this point after being unable to resolve my complaint with the company. We paid over $5,000 for a relatively small job, and justified it as having peace of mind that we'd have a high quality product and install completed. Unfortunately it has been just the opposite. Dan H was awesome! Very helpful in every way! Installers did an awesome job and Install was kept clean while working. This is the 4th project we have had done by Dillabaughs and they are the best! Highly recommend.
