We had out carpet replaced through ************, and ********************* was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and proactive through the entire project. I highly recommend contacting *** for any work you need.
Our customer representative was *** whom my husband and I feel took great care of us! He was available to ask questions and help us make decisions with our remodeling projects. *** has a construction background so he was also hands on when it came to the house projects and making sure they were done right. I had a mixed experience with Dillabaughs on ***********.My salesperson, *****************************, was perfect- knowledgeable, prompt, and she guided me to exactly the right product. Our carpet flooring replacement was over **** square feet, and was a considerable investment. I worked with Raul G******* on having my upstairs and lower master bedroom measured for carpet. He was on time, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I selected a brand of carpet and he is going to get me a couple larger samples. I plan to purchase a carpet from Dillabaugh's. I have enjoyed my experience thus far - knowledgeable - A+ Customer Service - A+ I would definitely recommen him to friends!!!! **** *******
