Check your credit card and receipt! Stayed one night with my family. Was charged $70 from the lobby bar and $9 from the mini bar - neither of which we used at all. Room was ok but hotel is visibly run down - hallways especially.
I have never experienced such a poor stay at a hotel, especially one that claims to be a 5-star resort. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. I called the concierge five times from our room and never received an answer. The room itself was outdated and dirty, with towels in both the room and at the beach that were stained and clearly not properly cleaned.
