I love the primary care side of Woodland Dignity -- it's top notch, but my experiences with the E.R. and hospital have been horrific. Perfumed linens, toxic air fresheners in the restrooms, and almost all the nursing staff wear perfume or cologne. I have tried to appeal through patient advocacy and letters to administrators to no avail. The "patient advocate" in fact made me cry.
