My son was seen for strep throat by Dr. Davis & we were both pleased with his care. Clean facility & extremely pleasant staff.
This place is a falsely advertised urgent care facility. It should be illegal to label yourself an urgent care facility and then charge emergency room fees. I went in for the flu. Saw a doctor for 5 minutes to tell me "yep, you have the flu, here's a script" ..... $537.00! And I called and asked for an itimized bill so I can see exactly what I was being charged for and there was $243 coded "ER TYPE B LEVEL 2" and $188 coded "PF ER LEVEL 3 PROF FEE" and $106 for the lab to confirm I had the flu. An hour wait to see the physician kind of defeats the purpose of the 'scheduled appointment'. Intake RN was very nice and welcoming though.
In the span of 8 hours, both my son and I had a trip to this location. The doctors and nurses were all very nice and listened to all concerns we had. We were in and out in just over am hour. We do have an Dignity Health urgent care in Maricopa, but it doesn't even begin to compare with the positive experience we had at the Ahwatukee location!
The x-ray tech made the long wait better... Very informative and patient, as I forgot to remove one of my piercings... Lbvs Also shared a referral for a hand specialist... #Grateful
