Recommendedthe most helpful wonderful understanding staff and for being a place for people coming suffering on a daily basis not only due to the current situation, they are thorough they are nice and I drove across town just to come back to them years later for an emergency plus they're open till 10 p.m. which is later than most urgent cares and they are legit.
Made an online apt. for my son that has been really sick for the past couple of days. I waited for an hour without being seen from the doctor. I had a family emergency and we had to leave the urgent care facility for 8 mins. We came right back and was told we had to wait all over as a standby by for my son to be seen. I was livid! Never again would I ever come back to this Dignity Urgent Care. Whoever runs the back is cruel and heartless and I would never recommend this place again! update: still never go to this urgent care. They think $300 for a walk in visit to a doctor and to get your ear looked at is an appropriate amount. After my post, their reply here was to contact their customer service, which I did. I was told it was a correct charge. This is an excessive amount and they should at least tell you the minimum amount would be $300 when you check in. All they did for me was weigh me and look in my ear!! Rip off. Dr. was a joke. Didn’t give me a single thing. He seemed mystified!!
Very nice people, super fast service. I was in and out in less than an hour. That’s faster than an appointment with my primary care. I will definitely use this urgent care for our future urgent needs. Thanks you for the excellent care.
