Last night I Took my mother in for a severe headache. They did a CT scan and urine Results came back normal except for dehydration, yet it was explained to the ER doctor which first name is Katherine that my mother had steroids shots on her scalp and neck due to her medical condition. The ER doctor recommended for my mother to follow up with her doctor and was refusing to give her anything for pain or dehydration. Dr. Shah is the worst doctor I have ever seen. Not only did she fail to prescribe the most important medication as a doctor she should know not to play with others health especially HB the silent killer one of the meds I needed and the reason I originally went there, but she also doesn't check on you to see how you're doing or inform you about your test results—you have to ask her. She seems to genuinely not care about her patients, which is concerning because she is a doctor. She should do better, and I will pray for her. B... read more

HORRIBLE!! MY MOM WAS LITERALLY IN PAIN SUFFERING AND DYING!!! SO I WAS HELPING HER ANSWER QUESTIONS AND THE LADY WAS LIKE “cAn I hAvE hEr aNsWeR” she told me as if i was a criminal. Cant even help your own mother who is in pain, so then my mother had to exert herself and cause herself more pain to answer. They always have an attitude.Don’t work here if you cant be nice.

Adventist Health banned me from streaming myself, and interviewing the doctors and my grandpa when he’s in stable condition to raise money for medical bills. This hospital has the same rules, but I never asked because my grandpa was in bad condition. I would have never tried to interview at that stage, so I didn’t do streaming with this hospital. Would have banned me anyways if his condition was stable enough, and with the doctor’s consent which they would throw the rule book at me.
