I just called to see if the Rheumatologist accepted my insurance and had the worst experience as a referral patient ever. The receptionist was down right rude. I’m glad they don’t accept my insurance because I don’t know what kind of service I would’ve gotten if I would’ve went there. Hire a different receptionist.

WHAT A JOKE OF AN OFFICE. I scheduled a rheumatology appoint ELEVEN months ago. That’s how long the wait was to get in. My appointment was supposed to be next week so I called them to verify and I was told that my appointment was cancelled because the doctor that I was scheduled with doesn’t work there anymore. Excuse me??? You just canceled my appointment without letting me know.?? I was then told that I should receive a letter in the mail about it. I live the hours and the attentiveness of staff. I miss Wendy Perkins but Michelle Mark is doing amazing. Thank you

Today was my first and last visit at this office. The front office staff are rude and standoffish. They didn't greet me when I walked in. They made sure to ask about my insurance card off top!!! The provider I saw, Rebecca Churchill, was not knowledgeable. I was very surprised at how much she didn't know. Wow! How did she get at the level she's at? She definitely didn't want to refill my meds. Why not? None of them are controlled substances. The doctors in Vegas think everyone here is addicted to prescription meds. It's sick... read more
