I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Sangouk Lee. I came in with clear symptoms and questions, and instead of being listened to, I was dismissed and spoken to in a condescending tone. I expected a collaborative conversation, but I left feeling ignored, disrespected, and completely unsupported. Today I went with a family member to their first appointment with Dr. Takema Cox. Dr. Cox was wonderful, she was super nice and very thorough. Which put my family member at ease after having the same physician for several decades in another state. Dr. Cox’s Medical assistant Bobbie Jo was also a gem.

I saw Dr. Takema Cox for a primary care visit and had a great experience. I felt seen and heard, she answered all my questions and helped me to establish care. She was kind and had a calming demeanor. I did have to wait a while to make the first appointment. I had a morning appointment, and I was seen very quickly upon arriving.
