Unprofessional - from office staff to being rude to doctor - they just don’t care. Gave the doctor symptoms and family history - was worried about it and they brushed it off. Go somewhere else where they actually take you seriously.

I have had not so great experiences with others, but he was well worth the trip. Highly recommend Dr. Takema Cox! I didn't feel rushed, she answered all my questions and took care of my concerns, referrals, and prescriptions promptly. Also everyone from the front desk to nurses and techs were very nice and professional.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Sangouk Lee. I came in with clear symptoms and questions, and instead of being listened to, I was dismissed and spoken to in a condescending tone. I expected a collaborative conversation, but I left feeling ignored, disrespected, and completely unsupported.
