Overall, I had a great experience in the emergency room and once admitted all was good. The staff were very kind and charismatic, and the surgical team was excellent. My only negative experience was with the recovery room process which is why I'm leaving 1 star. After surgery, I was allowed to sleep for about an hour. As soon as I woke up, I told the nurse that I was not okay and was in severe pain. Nice efficient place
The staff doesn't submit important documents, notify you of updates, or care.
I called and requested an inquiry for walk in cash instead. The front desk never came back to me about my inquiry. They had 16 days to get back to me but never did. If you don't have insurance, they'll treat you lesser. Disgusting. I went to a doctor who doesn't discriminate as this one has treated me.
