RecommendedAll the staff with whom I interacted were positive in every encounter. I could tell they were very busy but their attitude was good every single time.
My nephew, who is not even 2 years old yet, came to the ER. Barely able to breath & very, very sick. The doctors were very professional, nice & caring. The nurses that night on the other hand were very rude, unprofessional & disrespectful. They were all bad & had attitudes like they didn’t even care or wanted to be there but especially a nurse named Paul, who was very unkind when my nephew didn’t want his medicine & was very rude to his mother about it. RecommendedI recommend that this hospital be recognized as a very great hospital in Tuscarawas County. I was taken care of very professionally when I had to check in to the ER for a serious diabetic high blood sugar level called DKA. The staff on duty was very great and the nurse practitioner was the best, and got me discharged when I felt better and was good enough to leave.
