RecommendedThe staff, starting with the "front office" was very pleasant, patient and most efficient. The technical staff was much the same, but were accommodating as well. I had some specific issues with the MRI I was having performed and they were able to adjust the procedure as performed to successfully address each one of them. The procedure was done as pleasantly and efficiently as could reasonably be expected.
I am a parapalegic and was bought in by ambulance for heart problems and parked in the triage waiting room in a locked wheelchair for over two hours, unable to move myself. I had to call the ER room 3 times to ask someone to come take me to the bathroom. I asked a RN for help and she told me she would send someone, no one came. From the time I came in, I was told I would be triaged and taken to the bathroom, no one ever did!!!! no one spoke to me!!! My daughter came 32 miles to take me to the bathroom and then we left.
