Dig REAL DEEP!! ��� 20 min visit , 1 of those minutes with the doc, no imaging, no testing, just some vitals and one ( one �) (uno) minute of a "very important" doctors time ....$700.00.... I did NOT leave with my dignity. I have a high deductable that if not met requires payment in full at time of service... This was our first time to Digity. My son was sick one week after school started. He was taken directly back to see the Doctor - there was no wait. They also had me fill out one easy page of paperwork in the room after my son was seen. Filling out multiple pages every time we go to urgent care or the ER is one of my biggest pet preaves. The Doctor was so nice and funny. It's nice to see a Doctor with a personality. They took a throat culture and sent us on our way with a prescription. I've never been in and out so fast Everyone was very nice and professional
We've been here twice now for minor kid-injuries and both times we were in and out efficiently with great care. The pedicure rooms are perfect for kids colorful wall murals and TVs playing educational cartoons to distract them from whatever pain they are in. This is a great resource to have in Surprise!
This was the best ER experience of my life. When you need an ER, but dread the thought of waiting in a hospital waiting room for hours on end, this is the place to go. Staff was knowledgeable and kind, made every effort to make me as comfortable as possible. Less than 5 minute wait in the waiting room, and 45 minutes later I had all tests run, xrays, and an IV fluid going. We are new to the area and I took my wife for an accidental dog bite and the nurses were rude. My wife was passed out and they stood there and made me lift her into the wheel chair. They constantly squeezed her injuries while cleaning and bandaging it. They didnt do any pain meds until we were leaving. We came in the next night to get the dr note they never gave us and they kept telling us they couldnt give us a release for work because she is able to work even though shes in a brace and works with food.
