I have two reviews from December for my daughter and an emergency visit that I had to do in January for my son that I have posted on yelp as well!! Stay far far away from from place!! The front staff and the staff at the end to take your information is just as bad at most of the drs here! It’s sad. If you do customer service and hate your job... Well! Do something else!!!! Your website says you can check in online. So we did. When we got there, the very rude front desk lady said it doesn’t matter you have to wait. Why is there a way to check in online if it doesn’t matter? You make people who are already sick and not feeling well pissed off especially when you have rude people as customer service reps.
Without a doubt the best Emergency Room experience I have ever had. Staff, facility, and process could not have been any better.

We just moved to Surprise, AZ a week ago and my daughter came down sick. We have not had time to establish a PCM yet. Brought her here and everyone from the front office staff to the Nurses and the Dr were very helpful and right there to help My sweet girl get better. Thank you we will be back if we need another ER visit.
Excellent and prompt care. Great staff. Can't thank them enough.
This place was great. I was in and out in about 2 hours. The staff was great and very good with my 3yr old daughter. I would definitely use them again.
