First time I went to emergency for myself. Greeted as I can into door. Taken back before I could even start my paper work. Nurse was great, Dr was great and caring. Needed a cat scan, again treated quickly and with respect. I was there a few hours but Dr said he wanted to get my pain under control before I could go. I agreed. When discharged I was given meds for pain and nausea, just enough until I could see my urologist. So glad I know there's a great er so close. Than you. Linda
Twice been here and both times have not had any issues. There's a wait but going anywhere there is a wait. Always been courteous from the front office to the back. Both times had same awesome nurse with tattoos. Loved her. Help my son couple months back and found out right away he needed his appendix out. Last night grandson had 101 fever. Always going to return here. Great service.
At this moment, my poor review is based on my experience in the waiting room with my girlfriend who is sick and waiting to see a doctor. The TV in the patient waiting area is very loud. I asked the staff person at the desk to turn down the volume, and she proceeded to argue that she couldn't turn it down too much because people (mainly her) were watching it. Unofficially I had to be there five times. But I was taken care. I will be going there again. Hope not. One of the times they had to transfer me to the hospital by ambulance. All super great.
Extremely slow service. Only 4 patients. No communication to patient. Nurses sitting giggling at nurses station and munching.
This is a place that I do not want to visit, but, we had to come here because of a broken foot. The reception area and examining rooms were new, up to date and well equipped. The staff was friendly and to the point. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had all our questions answered. While i still have the bill to receive, I would recommend their service for any emergency.
My son had his first ear infection and we were in and out. I'm here visiting from Cali and it would be nice to have these out there because our emergency rooms you could be in there for hours.
Very nice place friendly workers. Fast they make u very comfortable.
