When the doctor came in she never even examined my leg. She left advising she would check the xrays and the next thing I knew the nurse was asking me to sign discharge papers. No discussion, no explanation of the pain med prescription (which she never even asked me if I wanted) - nothing. I get being rushed but I was the ONLY patient in there!
Great place ..They took great care of my husband. Dr. Miller was very professional and kind. The entire staff was wonderful!!! Very happy this emergency room is in our neighborhood!! Thank you all so much!!
I had been coughing for almost a week, so I finally broke down and drove right up the street (I live in the development just south of the facility) to be checked out. I was taken back within 10 minutes of my arrival. The nurse placed me in a room quickly and started the assessment process. It took about 30 minutes for the doctor to come in, but when he did, he was very thorough in his examination. Then I was taken to xray. This is the second time I visit this hospital and I've had a very positive experience both times. My son fractured his wrist and the whole staff from check in to check out where all wonderful. The nurses, doctor and X-ray tech where all great with him. It makes the experience an easier one And really eases our minds to have great and fast care.
Exceptional experience!! In and out in less than an hour!
