DO NOT LET DOCTOR GIN-SHAW diagnose you or any loved one. She misdiagnosed my fiancé. She told him it was “gas” when he was actually having early symptoms of appendicitis. He was given medication to treat “gas” and grew weaker within 24 hours after visiting Gin-Shaw. Concerned I took him to Abrazo West Valley. Where he was diagnosed properly and then told he would have surgery ASAP. Respond quickly and very caring staff
Tonight was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever dealt with in regard to my parenting. I’ll start by explaining, as I had to repeatedly justify there, that I had just got off of a nearly 13 hour shift at work and came home to a sick child. Previously my son was at his fathers house and while I was aware he wasn’t feeling good, I was unaware of the depth of it. So far as I knew my son was dealing with a cold. The sign out front should read "NON Emergency Room......." I went online and found a check-in button for 12:30. It said by doing this it would bring my wait time almost to zero(look at the web site). So I waited an hour and then showed up at 12:20, signed in and was brought back to a room by 12:40. I left at 2:15 without being seen except having my blood pressure checked. What a waste of time....
Went on at 2:30 a.m.Good Friday. I was pretty sure it was my Appendix. I was feverish and had been in pain for about 14 hours. Everyone in this ER was really great. They examined me quickly, got my tests done, and helped my nausea. They kept me comfortable until o could be transported to a Hospital. I would defiantly go there again and I would recommend it of you have an emergency. Thank you staff, Virginia Peters One of your appendix patients

I went there because I had fell on Saturday and I have RSD in the ankle I sprained, my original nurse was awesome the doctor I saw was awesome! But the nurse who came In and wrapped my ankle and to set my crutches, never saw her before but.....set them to my height and said here you go! I had too much to carry they didn't offer to help me out! So after walking on them for about 4 hours... Pharmacy and such! My armpits had massive brushing on them, because she didn't set the hand part of the crutches, my husband had to do it!
