The entire staff was professional and polite. We were seen in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this place to anyone
Rude doctor working last night!!!! My husband went in last night!! The doctor told him to follow up with his doctor and he told the doctor I already have an appointment on Friday (FOR SOMETHING ELSE)!!! The doctors response was "oh, well why didn't you just wait until your appointment????? Wtf!!!! If someone is concerned about themselves they have every right to go in and get checked.. Even if they have an appointment in a few days!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!
On 9/2317 I went to the Dignity Center on 83rd and McDowell in Phoenix, AZ with my left ankle swollen. Although everyone was nice, I gave 2 stars because they misdiagnosed my issue big time. The doctor said did not break my ankle and diagnosed me with an ankle sprain, put me in a flimsy air splint, said to follow up with my doctor. Yes, they took x-rays, told me it was soft tissue damage , wrote on discharge paper "ankle sprain", and sent me home. GUESS WHAT IT WASN'T AN ANKLE SPRAIN, IT IS A BROKEN ANKLE. This facility was great They did everything right then and there.
I checked in online for an appointment but when I arrived I was told they don't accept appointments. I don't understand why they have online check in available when they don't honor it. I waited an hour to be called back. The staff was very friendly and the doctor fully explained my condition and answered my questions. I don't think that I will use this facility again.
Awesome team at this emergency facility ! My son was in pain and they attended to him like we were family :) no wait and no pressure on the paperwork and insurance info . Dr , nurses and from office team are amazing and I would recommend to my friends and family and or return if need be :) Thank you for taking great care of my son with the double ear infection ..we appreciate from the Mariscal - Estrada family ❤️
These people are fake asf and slow i got hit by a car while walking and they let me go home that day i cant believe that ���
