We were in town this weekend for a football tournament. My son ended up getting hurt and we took him to this ER room. From the moment we walked in the staff was so helpful and attentive to my son. The lady that registered us was so helpful and the security right away got a wheelchair for my son. The nursing staff was great. They were friendly, had great customer service and very professional. We are so thankful for all they did to make sure my son was okay.
After having a terrible experience at a local hospital, I came here with excruciating pain and was helped within 5 minutes or less. All of the nurses, staff, and doctors were all very kind and it felt like they were genuinely concerned about me and finding a resolution. And they did! Thank you!
Went here thinking it was a Urgent Care. When I checked they never once told me that I would owe a large bill just for a sinus infection. I think that is awful to take advantage of someone when they are sick. I feel like I should have been told it would just a copay. When I called about the bill customer service was horrible.
Dr. D was amazing
Wonderful,very caring service. From beginning to end, very thorough and so friendly. Would highly recommend Dr. D and Anna for their amazing service!!
