Got here front desk people were great and the intake lady was wonderful. After that it all went downhill a man that didn’t Id himself came in and asked me what one thing is hurting the worst since I came in with multi symptoms. Then he continued to give me the fifth degree on why I didn’t take Ibuprofen or Tylenol for the pain. And then proceeded to ask what I think it could be. He was so rude I almost walked out. I’m still here waiting I hope to god he doesn’t come back and that he’s not the Dr
Terrible cold hearted service. Left my young pregnant friend with severe abdominal pain alone in an exam room for more than an hour and a half. Gave no updates until the pain became so severe, she was terrified, hysterical and wanting to leave. Only then did someone offer to find a doctor. Rude, unhelpful and unsympathetic treatment by the staff left her sobbing in the parking lot, before she went to a different ER.
By all means use their services if your emergency is a matter of life or death, but do not mistake this place for an Urgent Care facility. Your out of cost share could will shock you...
This "emergency room" doesn't bother to submit your insurance when you visit their emergency room and you wind up getting a huge bill for an emergency room visit instead of your normal Insurance co-pay. You then have to go through a lot of hassle to get it straightened out. So if you go to this emergency room don't pay the first bill until you make sure your insurance has been submitted
