The staff were great.Lesson learned there is a difference of billing cost between an emergency facility and urgent care.The Dignity staff were very helpful and understanding in helping us find a resolution.
My wife went here because she had a cold and it is close to our house, she was litteraly there for 10 Min. All they did was listen to hear breathing then sent her home. A few weeks later we get a bill in the mail for $1724!!! Are you kidding me!!! She asked what the cost was before going in they said they will just send a bill. But we did pay them $198 which is nuts too. Unless you want a person sitting at your entrance with a huge FRAUD sign this better be taken care of ASAP!
My daughter broke her ankle. The staff, nurses and doctor were awesome. In and out in a little over an hour. Amazing and very cool people.
Friendly staff. Quick check-in and discharge. If you have to go to an ER, they are a great choice.
Was in and out in less than 30 minutes! So glad I didn't have to sit around in the waiting room coughing and blowing my nose and feeling horrible, and was seem by a doctor FAST! They are good at what they do and the place is VERY clean. The nurses and doctor were very helpful in figuring out what was wrong. Before you knew it I was headed to the pharmacy to pick up my medicines and home to bed. Would definitely go there again!
We had a great experience. My toddler daughter needed stitches and they were very caring and professional and there was no wait! I'd highly recommend this location.
It was the fastest emergency room I've ever been in and they helped me out a great deal. Thank you
