Went in for a skin infection and tried to give my insurance. They said they couldn’t take it until after I saw the doctor because it makes them look like they favor insurance patients...ok whatever. Nurse takes temp, BP and leaves. Doc comes in and says I need antibiotics. Ok. No labs, no bloodwork, etc. 15 minutes from start to finish. Go to window and she says it’s $750. For what?!!! Never ever go there.
I took my 8 month old daughter in at 4:00am because she had been screaming & crying since 1:00am. Nothing I could do was working for her, her head felt like it was on fire & my baby is usually very happy. Dr. Baldwin came in & the first thing he says is, "so you got woken up too, huh?" That right there made me irritated, sorry we woke you up to do your job. He took all of my babies vitals & then told me nothing was wrong with her, she just doesn't feel good. Really doc?! Great nurses. Very fast. Son had kidney stones and they made him as comfortable as possible quickly !!
This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had at an er room. Dr Baldwin was who seen me. I was concerned my blood pressure was high even after taking my morning meds. I came to er because that's what I was advised to do when it's to high and I can't control it. After getting checked in the doc made it seem like I was not there for any reason and sent me home. With my blood pressure now at 179/126. I am very upset with the treatment I received and will Not be returning
I don't want to give them any stars but the people were very sweet to me. The dr was not so much. I went in with numbness in my left arm and a gland swoellen in my face. The nurses did their job in taking the ekg but the dr didn't even look at it before he came in. When the dr came in he didn't know what to say. His favorite word was ummm. I was very upset in the service I received. I swear the dr acted like he was in school still. He didn't give me anything for my swollen salivary gland. Took my mom in for a nasty cough and found out she had pneumonia, they were all super nice and so efficient, they got her transferred to mercy Gilbert. Just wow
Enjoyable experience if you must be in the ER. We couldn't get my 2 year old into her doctor so we brought her here for a possible UTI. The doctor was great and so was the nursing staff. Thank you all for a good experience.
It is a very clean ER hospital. Everyone is very nice and respectful. No wait. Got us right in and listen to what we had to say. Did test and had results in no time. Love it. Will go there from now on.
The staff was really nice, but the doctor questioned me about why I didn't go to my pcp multiple times and why I was there. I do not have time with work to go to my pcp during the week. Thank you for my ibuprofen and a $250 bill to do nothing.
