The doctor did not care that my mom was in pain. He did not try to find out why she was in pain. He took a urine analysis and because it came out clear. So he sent her home with a prescription that he didn't even sign so I couldn't get it filled for her. So not at all happy. I wanted doctors to restore my faith in the medical profession and they failed.
Took my 5 month old here and they were amazing with him. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Nothing to complain about. :)
I went there first time the nurse Joy and the other two ladies were fantastic.. Even the Doctor was awesome..
Took my 4 yr old granddaughter there the other night and the ER nurse Denise was rude to her. And then the guy that came into run a few test on my granddaughter was rude ass hell to her and treated her like she was sum drunk person that was resisting him.. She. Is 4 not 40. I won't go back.. I'll wait till the one on Camelback opens
I have taken my two sons there two different times and it was the best experience both times. The staff was kind and gentile with both of them and it was the fastest I've ever been in and out of an emergency room. I would recommend this establishment to anyone, in fact, I already have. Thank you for being the best ya'll could be to my son's and me.
I went in there with pneumonia and they treated me awesome but I'm still sick but they're not miracle workers they just find out what's wrong with you I will go back again and again
I went this morning for horrible sinus pain. I was in and out in about an hour, all while they clearly had a more critical patient they were caring for because as I was going in, I saw the paramedics come in. The staff was wonderful, and i will gladly use them again in the future for those urgent things that don't quite need something like Banner.
This place is awful not only is the staff rude and inconsiderate they have no bed side manner. They talk about you when they walk out of the room loud enough you can hear never mind HIPPA laws. They offered no help to lift my grandpa and acted like he was faking it and could do more then he was. I would never recommend this place to anyone I rather wait 6 hrs in an actual ER then ever come back here ever again! The staff needs better training and less thinking people's issues are funny!
