Amazing fast service! When your daughter is up at 2am with a high fever this is the place to go.
I was seen at the Glendale location on Jan 30th, 2017 at 12:30am for right side chest pain and it was a really bad experiance. I called ahead of time to see how busy they were and the person on the other line was very rude and sounded like they hated their job and was being inconvenienced because I called. They were prompt on diagnosing my ankle injury and decided right on the proper splinting.
They are great with kids! And super fast. It has all the amenities as a hospital ER without the long wait times.
I have taken my daughter to Phoenix Children's Urgent care 2 different time. I decided I would come here. I am so thankful we did. We were in and out but everyone was very attentive. My daughter doesn't normal talk much to males and she just talked away like she knew the doctor. I will definitely be going back.
Getting seen was quick and care was pretty spot on. Have me prescriptions needed etc. However, on my discharge papers it said I smoke which I clearly told the doctor and nurse I didn't. The nurse said the doctor probably got me confused with someone else. That's not something you really want to worry about is the doctor confusing you with another patient. However, I got the right perceptions for my sinus infection in a timely manor.
