My husband had surgery Monday and it went well the Dr was great the anasteshesiologist wasn't there until an hour after our surgery the staff should have called an hour prior to make sure they were coming. The cafeteria workers were awesome food was good.
This place is the absolute worst. You need to be shut down. You made a toddler, who had an open bleeding wound, wait hours and hours to give stitches to? You couldn't even properly numb the area... Thankfully that little girl is now at Phoenix Children's. They clearly are picking up the slack for your inadequate staff. If I could give negative stars, I would.
I will never come back after waiting for a doctor an hour and a half later..... Nothing....never in my life will i be treated like im after pain killers. I was in pain. My work even saw it. Grow up dignity. Not to mention the counter lady was rude as well.

They took for every to help me went in had to wait 2 1/2 hours to be seen 4 other people left dident want to keep waiting and the place was pretty empty
The wait was terrible , waited 2 hours just to get called back then didn't even see the doctor for another 3-4 hours . Only good thing about this hospital was the nursing staff . Was there for over 7 hours & the treatment literally took less than an hour .
Im 19 weeks pregnant and i waited in the lobby for 3 plus hours & NEVER WAS SEEN!!!! Everyone who came after me was called first such a disgrace!!!
