Came in the wee hours of the morning with an absinthe and ear ache. Dr on call immediately did ct scan and ultrasound came bedside to drain and I went home in less than three hours!! Thank you all!
The nurse I had was rude and combative. I’d rather drive several miles to the nearest hospital, even though this place is right around the corner.

All staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, exactly what I expect from any hospital. I didn't want to be here, but, an unexpected appendectomy doesn't wait for an invitation. Everyone here took great care of me from the ER nurses and DR to the Surgeon and her crew to my room Nurses and Techs. I give 5 stars and a heartfilled thank you. I'll be back and I sure will be spreading the word!
Coming from someone with cystic fibrosis who has been in and out of hospitals all my life, I dont go anywhere unless its Dignity Health! If you want to be treated like a human rather than cattle, go to Dignity Health hospitals! I have been neglected so bad at other hospitals I thought I was going to die once! I had the best experience at the ER department today. I would recommend anyone in the area to go. I was in and out. They took such good care of my daughter.
Took my daughter in on Sunday and was VERY surprised we didn't have to wait long. Everyone was friendly and professional. Glad to see the service has improved
Reading people complaints are just rediculous! This is an ER they don't know you or your history. I gave them 5 stars because they were professional and treated my daughter for her issue. Staff was friendly and the wait was about 45mins. My only recommendation is not have shows about killers and murders in the waiting room on. You never know who or what situation will come walking through the door. Also Will go there again is need be
