Hello my name is Tyrone & I recently visited dignity health on 51st Avenue and baseline, where I had the pleasure of having Chuck as my “PA” & Dawn as my “nurse”. Saying they are amazing, would be an understatement because they are phenomenal. Very polite, very caring, very welcoming, but most importantly they take care of you without a doubt. I wasn't feeling well but Ms.Paula and Ms.Dawn came to my rescue. There was miscommunication concerning my care at first however the head nurse Ms.Paula cleared everything up. She really is a fantastic nurse and deeply cares about helping others. Any patient that walks in under her care is truly blessed to be with the best. Thank you Ms.Paula You made me feel like you were my mom taking care of me and that means everything .

Sam was my doctor and Omar was nurse change my dressing they take care of me he did a good job
My ending experience with Omar was the best. Every one should be like him! I did see Dr. yung was very pleasant for the short time I seen him .
