Tried to use the system, called customer support, and they said it was too close to him to go home, and wanted me to call back on a Monday. Spoke to LJ, and he was much less than helpful. I would NOT purchase this product due to the fact it is complicated to install the software, and they have zero customer service. I would look at the body camera Taser International sells, they have friendly and helpful tech support.
Digital Ally is an awesome company to work for! They care about their employees as well as their customers!
