Body cams quit working after one day. In car cams quit working in a short period of time. Was originally told it was a software issue. Body cams were returned to company and when we got them back, the same thing happened, quit working after one shift. Company representative refuses to return calls or emails. Three other agencies having the same issues with the equipment and service.
My husband is an employee with Digital Ally! They are such an amazing company! I know because my husband is constantly coming home and telling me how much he loves working here! Not to mention he gets to play a big role in protecting our officers and officers all over the world! What an honor!
