Terrible customer service. Our department has the body cameras, which will work for about a year, then have firmware issues. The company will not cover anything after their warranty, even if it is their software. I could understand not covering damage, but if you look at the reviews, these systems all have software issues, and the company will not help AT ALL. All they want you to do is purchase new units. We are the premier installers for digital ally cameras in NJ and NY and PA and if you have any issues or need them installed, please contact us. Honestly my police dept has these in all our cars and they work great. I really think as long as everyone is trained properly in how to use the cameras, you have zero issues. We have installed them in police cars and ambulances and they are a great product!
