Dr Kenneth Brown did my colonoscopies in 2014, 2019, 2021, and March 2026, and he, the staff, and facility are so great that I look forward to this. The procedures are done at 3500 Preston, across the street to the north, not at 3242 Preston which is his office. The nurse who plugged me in to things had a great bedside-manner in telling me what she was doing and what I needed to do. The man and woman in the room with Dr. Brown were top-notch professional. The staff, nurses, PA, technicians, and doctors are all top notch. I have seen Dr. Abraham and Sissy for some years and they never fail me. Very professional, thoughtful, clear and precise. I wouldn't go any where else for any reason.
Agree with the weirdest telephone answering and appointment booking system. Will be driving over to get appointment:-(
Terrible service. Has been harassing me for years about scheduling an appointment. Won't leave me alone regardless of my negative reviews.
Probably the worst telephone answering service I have ever encountered. Being "first in line" only creates false hope. After 19 minutes, I was forced to leave a message and hope for a call back. I feel that this is a soft message telling me that I am not welcome and should change doctors. That is not really possible since if you have EVER been a patient of any doctor in this association, they will not accept you.
