I had an exceptional experience at DHAT Plano thanks to Michelle Kukielski, PA and staff. I thoroughly believe APPs should be represented on DHAT website as providers alongside the MDs. It’s 2026. PAs and NPs are an integral part of medicine and often the forefront of who, we, as patients see and trust.

Today I went to the office located on Preston Rd. I was greeted by a woman named Monica. From the very first interaction, she was extremely rude. I asked if they accepted walk-in patients, and she replied, “No, these are professional doctors.” I said, “Okay, then when would any doctor be able to see me?” She answered, “I don’t know. I’m not the one who schedules appointments, and I think Dr. Abraham is booked until next year.” She then asked for my insurance card and said, “Yes, but I don’t think we accept this insurance.” E... read more

The medical care is very good, but beware of any financial estimates provided before procedures. You will receive a "good faith estimate" but they are for facility charges only. Although the form states that there may be other charges, they don't tell you that those charges can be THREE TIMES the facility charges. Make sure you get a COMPLETE estimate. You will likely have 4 bills to pay: Facility, Doctor, Anesthesia, and Biopsy. Get the full financial picture first.

So disappointed. After being with the company since the beginning, I would have expected better. My two dear friends, established in DHAT were both referred to the Plano office as their gastroenterologist retired. Two months of phone calls for appointments went unanswered. They have both moved on two BSW Gastroenterologists and have received top notch service and care.

Dr Masand is great, he did my colonoscopy... the issue is I HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING HIM. This office keeps me in an endless robot loop. I'm just trying to refill a prescription and it's never ending voicemail tag. Finally a woman callse back and doesn't tell me the name of the refill, so because I couldn't memorize the name of it, she blew me off and told me to find out through cvs.. like no... this is my Doctor's office, you guys dont know what meds you gave me?!?!
