I really didn't appreciate driving over 40 minutes to my appointment only to be told I had to reschedule after waiting since March to get this appointment. Totally done and I hope I'm not charged for the appointment

I liked the doctor but why does it take mutiple phone calls by the patient to get lab result. My lab result has been at the doctors office since June 27th or 28th. It should not take a week to get results. It seems patient health is not important.

Doctor was good but the front office staff was horrible. Called with an question for the doctor on Wednesday afternoon and still haven't heard anything. It was bad enough that I actually went to the ER. Leti either didn't take the message or never called back. The only person I actually liked dealing with was the billing person and I was giving her LOTS of money! I'm very disappointed and am changing care. Hopefully this helps with some of the stuff that isn't happening in that office.

I had my first colonoscopy with Dr Jessica Shah It was a very good experience! all of the staff are extremely professional and caring with the patients. Dr Shah is superb! She has a terrific bedside manner. They were efficient and timely with my procedure. This is a great example of how healthcare should be delivered. Thank you!

I have been with DHAT 13 years and while working here I have encountered the most wonderful physicians and co-workers. This company cares about it employees and in turn the employees care about our patients. There is always support, understanding and someone willing to help make us better and stronger. It is a family working together to make a difference, from top to bottom.
