Great staff at the Plano office! I am never rushed. When I have questions, I got the answers that I needed. My prescriptions where right on time. I only wished that I could give the Plano location on Preston and Parker a 10/10. Wonderful from Front staff all of the way to the checkout! Actually, I would give the office 100/100

Met with Dr. Eidem due to issues with anemia. Staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Eidem was very nice, never seemed rushed, and genuinely seemed concerned for my health and well-being. His staff scheduled my procedure and answered my questions, as well as followed up with me as promised.
Dr. Schwartz and his nurse practitioner are THE BEST doctors I know! They fully listened to me, found the problem, and didn't brush me under the table. They are the only doctors who diagnosed my rare disease with a great bedside manner!
First appointment with Dr Anderson. He took time to explain & answer questions. Staff was professional & friendly.
3242 Preston rd has very unhelpful front desk help. Returned the smart pill equipment and request a signed receipt stating i returned the equipment my wife was given and they had no idea what to do and never communicated how they were going to try and help me. I stood at the desk for a long time and had to ring the bell to have someone help me after they first took the equipment but did not provide me the requested receipt.
