This has by far been the most considerate, pleasant doctor I have ever used. I sing his praises all the time But I have had a call into him for 2 days during office hours about a condition that I saw him for last week. I am still having problems and can't get an appt until end of March so wanted to see if there was something I could take to help with the problem until I could see him. I have visits in Dallas and Bedford locations. The staff is very friendly. Not easy to get an appointment though If you miss your scheduled appointment.
They are okay but billing gets confused easily and usually hard to straighten out
I am happy with my doctor (Dr. Brown) but VERY unimpressed with the billing office. I received four bills for my colonoscopy but 1 of the 4 was not coded as an outpatient procedure, so my bill is higher than it should be. When asked why it's not coded as outpatient I was told, "that's just how we do it". What kind of answer is that??? I was expecting a corrected claim -- or at least a logical explanation for the discrepancy. But all they would say is that it was handled correctly. Tried to get in to see Maddala in Mckinney at office by my pain physcian. Since I had an endoscopy by Brown early in the year I'm considered a follow up. I waited for 2.5 months to get in to Maddala but received a msg stating she had hospital call on my day so I couldn't come. When I called to reschedule after seeing that text I was told that she is booked out past November. Imagine my surprise of having to wait 3 months because the doctor cancelled. Dr. Tarnasky has been a big part of my health journey and staying pain free for the last 4 years. I can't tell you how much him and his office are appreciated!
The office staff was very rude even the manager. They treated my husband very unprofessional hung up on him because he wouldn't change his time. They scheduler had a snotty tone in her voice. I don't recommend this clinic.
