Dr Kethu is a fantastic doctor, very knowledgeable and pleasant. However his office is ill equipped with knowledge to advise patients. I did an optional procedure not an expected procedure by Dr Kethu. I was not informed of material expenses for the procedure. If I was informed, I would not have opted for that optional procedure. Now I am hesitant to go to his office although he if is fantastic. This is not good that innocent patients get surprises like this. After seeing five other "health professionals," wasting $$$, and having an unnecessary CT scan, endoscopy and colonoscopy, and wasting lots of time, I was able to see Dr. Odstrcil. I had been having lots of digestive issues for four years. She suggested that I try not drinking milk. Problem solved.
I never saw Dr. Snowberger- only Wendy. When you are actually in the office, she makes you feel like she cares... when you leave, it's like you never existed. After an X-ray, ER visit, defecography, CT scan - after any of these, not ONCE did the office (I can't say doctor because I never saw the doctor) contact me with results or a follow-up plan as promised. By far the WORST experience with a doctor I have *ever* had. I left feeling frustrated, confused, and completely unheard. When I tried to respectfully communicate that privately to Dr. Blank, she was extremely dismissive and patronizing. Well, she refused to talk to me directly, she would only talk to me through her nurse (which is super disappointing especially when you have an upset patient). When it comes to my health, a doctor has to earn my trust. Dr. Magee has done that. He is thorough when explaining things to you with words you can understand. I felt safe during my procedures and was glad to see his face first in recovery! He uses technology to communicate with his patients. His responses are quick! I recently had a COVID-19 scare and Dr. Magee followed me through the entire process, texting and checking to make sure I was alright. I love that man for that!
