If I weren’t already a patient of Dr. Tong I would NEVER return. The only competent person is the front desk scheduler. I have called the nurse for help more than 6 times with NO call back. Then I had an insurance/billing issue and their staff kept giving me the run around and pointing me to the nurse who again would never return my calls. I understand there are labor issues but this is a TERRIBLE way to treat patients. Dr Tong on the other hand is a great doctor. This place is a nightmare. The ladies answering the phones and taking your information at the desk can't keep anything straight. On more than one occasion. They did not submit my claim to my secondary insurance. Like I said, a complete nightmare and I have learned my lesson will never ever use this clinic or these people again.
Had a bad experience from the start. First when they called me to set up an appt. they didn't tell me the address, just that it was across the street from unity point hospital, also didn't inform me of the $125 upfront or the dr won't see me. Took the day off work just to have to cancel the appointment. Will never go back to this place nor will I refer them to any friends!
A+ experience with this facility, staff and Dr. B. Gowda. Colonoscopy is not fun but these people help take the stress out of the procedure. Would highly recommend.
