I've never had an issue that would warrant any less than 5 stars. Dr. Holt and staff has always made me feel comfortable and never rushed. Dr. Holt is an expert in his field and has performed both colonoscopies and endoscopies on me and is extremely through. What more could a patient want? I'm of the school of thought that doctors aren't here to be your friend, they didn't go through years of specialized education/training to do so. Yet, Dr. Holt is very personable. You want friends? Go make some.

It is very difficult to get an appointment scheduled by phone. After 10 minutes waiting on the phone a supervisor message comes and the connection is interrupted and I needed to redial. And again the same pattern.
