this guy is a complete scam. Be careful with Diego. He owes me $3500 which he does not want to pay back. He stole money from me. Be careful.
We purchased the tiles from this company, we also obtained the labor from them. upon the installation a couple of weeks after the fact we noticed that there were starting to be breakage in the tiles along with separation. We contacted the business as they gave us a guarantee. We literally went to the physical location three times to speak with Diego. All of those three times he refused to help us. We now have to go to the BBB and post reviews about their lack of integrity and horrible craftsmanship. Do not use these people.
I was ripped off by DiegonPinzo at difepi tiles. I go in to buy the tiles pay $150 delivery, the day of delivery I go to ask why they haven't been delivered he them tells me they do not deliver to condos and reduaes to return my money. This guy is a scam artist.
I dislike having to leave bad reviews. People make mistakes and we all screw up on occasion. Most of us admit we screwed up and try to correct our screw up. In this case, Defepi does not bother to return emails, respond to text messages or empty their voicemail (allowing a person to leave a voicemail) in regards to a error in sending out an order for (2) 1 pound bags of grout that was ordered online.
