AL AND HIS MANAGER WERE GREAT! WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GET US THE CAR WE WANTED AT THE PRICE WE WANTED. . NO HASSLES. VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! WOULD RECCOMEND! KEN WAS GREAT WITH PAPERWORK!

Purchasing a vehicle here was fantastic! Sammy Chow gave a professional detailed rundown on my vehicle. He gave me the best options for the purchase of my vehicle. Everything was great. Matt my Service Advisor always makes sure my Kia is taken care of. Service is consistently excellent. Prices are very reasonably and the Technicians do a great job as well.

We purchased a certified 2021 Telluride here and it was by far the worst car buying experience of the 30+ cars I've purchased in my lifetime. They tried to tack on a $1695 certification charge, $299 vin etching, and $695 doc fee all on top of the advertised price. After some negotiation, we agreed on price and made the 3 hour drive to come buy the car. My experience dealing with DiFeo Kia was a very satisfying experience! Getting information and scheduling an appointment with Maggie was very helpful! Sammy Chow was very attentive and careful listened to my wishlist in purchasing a new vehicle. Sammy was patient when I was unsure after test driving a few models! Although Diafeo Kia did not have the model in stock they were able to search other dealers to find my first choice! I would definitely recommend this dealership
