[Joel] Gonzo was my salesman. Gonzo was incredibly patient and understanding of my situation. I spoke to him several times since my transmission was going out in my vehicle. He showed me multiple used and new vehicles, knowing I might not make a purchase. I was impressed by Gonzo's genuine care. He continued to speak to me, knowing I might not even purchase a vehicle. Matt in service dept was very helpful while we waited for our Optima to be serviced. We had an appointment made online the day before. Took about 70 min despite being very crowded. Comfortable seating and snacks provided while waiting. Mailed coupons were accepted, and price was reasonable for what was done. Would highly recommend.
Had a good experience my service advisor Danny was very helpful. My car was ready on time like it was promised.
