Brought in my Telluride for scheduled maintenance. Danny promptly greeted me and took care of checking me in. Kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and let me know when it was all done. Danny was polite, professional, and has exceptional customer service skills. He made my experience at Kia of Irvine very pleasurable. Will continue to come back here for service and having Danny take care of my vehicle

Huge lack of customer service. I’ve been waiting for a call back from the manager for over a week and he knows I left as an upset customer. I will NEVER get another vehicle from this place again

I was escorted to the waiting area to find that there wasn’t suitable space to work with a laptop because the new furniture had not arrived yet. They were very accommodating to let me sit at someone’s desk.

the service dept is great but i would NEVER buy another car there - the manager, Michael and the sale, Al ripped me off and when i went back with my complaints, they would fix it for $7000. i am still struggling with the issues.
I knew what I was going to do before I went to Montrose but they made it easy and timely.
