These guys are great! I've been in the automotive industry for 50 years. When my dually spit out a axle on the interstate, my worst nightmare was coming true. Brad was a life saver and had me pick up and off the hwy in 45 minutes. (They had to cut my axle off to get it on the ramp truck). Being a 27 year old truck they replaced it with no complaints. Communication was great! Pricing was great! Thanks again!
Well its been couple of months and I am still offended. Diesel South created this offense by not communicating that their surprise base " everybody gets it" inspection did not include the actual differential inspection I brought it there for. Dishonest? , no I don't think that, just sloppy customer communication and their "I Dont Care" hubris. Further offense was created by their descriptive about the differential, fluid black, fluid cloudy, its actually neither, its amber like new. Dishonest, no, just used to using hyperbol... read more

Seems that many find DS to be great, Others not so much, which means that likely both perceptions are correct to the end user. I encountered poor communication of charges, difficult for me to believe inspection statements from a Tech and a stunning Vendor arrogance statement in the "I dont care" comments from the Owner when questioned about it. All unnecessary and caused a loss of trust, loss of my business which went elsewhere.
