First time customer at this shop to complete service on my 2500 Ram. Awesome service and trustworthy mechanics. I’ve bounced around to a few different mechanics in the area and have been disappointed every time. Glad to finally find a local mechanic that I can trust.
I’ve called asking for a quote for a job, it’s been 2 weeks and no call back, that tells me that they do not want to do the work. I figured a day maybe 2 at most but 2 weeks and no call with quote, I’ll pass and take my truck 4 hours away to a real qualified shop! After this I can just imagine the misery I would be in if they did get my truck, oh sir well uh this has happened, oh sir I’m sorry we told you 3 days well we have wrong parts, oh well our tech got pulled for something, I can hear all of that now. Bought my first diesel powered Ram 2500 used. So I was looking for a diesel repair shop, so I googled for shops close to me seen Diesel South right here in Trussville, ran by there talked to Brad, I instantly knew I found the right place. They did an oil change, transmission transfer case service fuel filter change and crank case filter change. When I got there Brad explained everything that he thought about any future repairs.
