UPDATE- AFTER dealing with Chris (manager) everything wad taken care of and got my money back. Was told that the credit was applied to my diesel ops account and not my credit card that was used for purchase. Hopefully the company can see this issue and resolve it for other customers in the future. THANK YOU CHRIS!
