Ordered a compound turbo kit and it was delivered fast, packaged well and exactly what i ordered. They answered a couple of questions i had when i called in as well. I will be ordering more stuff from them. Gotta love the Ops Cash Rewards too!
ordered the GDP tuner product fer my 2016 LML Duramax and luvit its made my truck run a whole lot better with it deleted i went from average 425miles on full tank around town to more then 500miles on full tank around town and some hwy driving on just tune 1 and with their loan/payment plan it made it much easier on my pockets id defintly recommend Diesel Ops top anyone if u need to get it ur diesel up and runnin agin and money bein tight
Wonderful experience. I ordered coolant and oil filter kits, a full exhaust, and a tuner. the oil bypass kit shipped earlier than expected, there was an issue with the tuner shipping (it was supposed to ship direct from the manufacturer) i got in touch with Diesel Ops and they told me they would figure it out for me. Within an hour i received an E-Mail stating that the tuner had been shipped and would be shipped overnight to make up for the delay. Overall very happy with the service.
Amazing service support and staff that helped with install after hours! Products look great and truck is running like new. Great service from Chris and will use from now on. Deserves 6 stars !! Recommend to anyone.
I ordered my delete kit with a H&S tuner DPF and EGR delete kit it took 3 days very fast delivery and great customer service! I will definitely buy more truck parts from Diesel Ops! Highly recommended!
My experience was nothing short of amazing and it was because they had Brandon on the job. The estimate matched the final price, they went above and beyond, communication every day, washed my car prior to delivery and even fixed a maintenence item that failed shortly after I picked it up. I will be back, this is how a business should be ran.
