Awesome customer service and by far the best prices I could find
Ordered my parts on 3/19/18 and customer service was awesome. They worked with me to get the parts I wanted for my truck. There were some issues with the shipping and UPS, but Diesel OPS can not help the shipping company timelines. ****Edit*** 3/28/18- Chris Root has worked with me to get any issue that I had resolved and has made things right to keep me as a customer. I edited my post to reflect the positive customer service that I have received after my order.
Top notch, customer service was the best. Emailed my sales guy and less then 5 min I had a response. I received all the product I ordered and my sales guy called a week later to make sure everything worked out and that I was happy with everything!! The only place I will buy from now on. Thanks much for your great service!!
Brandon, not only knows his stuff, but very customer friendly. most impress with how he listened first then provided his input .
