I don’t really leave reviews like that tbh, but I’m genuinely pissed off about this experience so I had to say something. I came in wanting a pretty basic haircut and beard cleanup 10/03 at 1PM. I nicely asked Franklyn if he could fade my beard into the haircut and he immediately caught an attitude saying, “I can only do one thing at a time,” in the rudest tone for absolutely no reason. Went in for my son's appointment and had a miscommunication of expectations with one of the barber's. The initial interaction could have probably been handled better (barber was borderline refusing service over something that was easily solvable) but it left a sour taste in my mouth. I spoke with Todd the Manager and he immediately addressed the situation and got us rescheduled to finish the haircut as originally requested. Angela cut my hair perfectly. It's usually a hassle since I have longer curly hair, but she knew exactly what to do and made it amazing
Asked for a taper fade and a trim long . She removed 4-5 inches and no fade.
