You guys have a great team! Brady went the extra mile and then some to find the part my customer needed! Nothing was available for a minimum of 2 days, which would have left my customer without his truck for work. He dug and found the part and a great deal on freight to get it to me same day. Happy customer and happy customer’s customer! A+!
Ordered injectors for my truck. Description said it included the installation kit and injector removal tool. Only received the injectors the first time. Called back to get the rest and only ended up receiving the installation kit. Called a third time and got my receipt with a nut taped to it saying that is the removal tool. Unless you want to ended up not getting everything you thought you were supposed to then look elsewhere. Update: Customer service was excellent in rectifying the confusion. Highly recommended.
Great company! I ordered injectors through them, and you can not beat the pricing on injectors through dap. There is no sacrifice in quality either. Dap will definitely be my go to company for all my parts from here on out.
Ended up getting the wrong part shipped. The guys took care of it very well. Overnighted the right part with a hat. I ended up needing the part they accidentally shipped and they just sold it to me at a discounted price. They are also very friendly and professional to talk to. Will be buying from them again.
Super excited to now be a dealer for DAP. Overall a few mistakes made on a large order. Both on my part and theirs. They worked fast and efficiently to get the missing items out to me. Great customer service and excellent knowledge. Thank you for being such a stand up company with great products and support.
